'Service Quality Germany in Saxony'
Our Seal of Approval
As one of the first companies in Saxony we got the Seal of Approval for 'ServiceQuality in Saxony', Level I, in April 2004.
Meanwhile our company has received - as one of 20 companies - Level II of the Seal of Approval in the new enhanced programme 'ServiceQuality Germany in Saxony'.
This Seal of Quality underlies a special educational and certifying concept of the 'Offensive of Quality and Service for the Tourism in Saxony'.
It is a project of the Saxon tourist association, supported by the government of Saxony, and started in 2003.
15 Laender in Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hesse, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatine, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, Thuringia) now organize the common project 'ServiceQualität Germany' to improve the standard of quality in the tourist trade, following the example set by Switzerland. The lable of this project is the capital letter 'Q' as a Seal of Quality.
The Seal of Quality shows the guest that this company has members of staff, who are specially trained to guarantee a consistently perfect service.
Since 2006 higher service levels can be reached by additional qualifying programmes.
